New Delhi: Anand lifted Indian heart once again as he lifted the world chess championship. For hundreds of kids the love affair with Anand has always been a source of inspiration.
Jay Seth followed Vishy's every move online this chess season and this Wednesday win has the thirteen year old all starry eyed about those 64 squares.
“He is what keeps me going and he is totally my inspiration,” says Chess Enthusiast, Jay Seth.
Jay is only one of many inspired by Anand's undefeated career. He's quick with a reply when asked why he loves his game of chess over more popular options.
“Even while some people think it's a geeky sport I simply think its great and will continue to play it,” he adds.
Concentration along with prioritising time he says is the key to winning this mind game. But even with the tips jay has given it will definitely take more than one half hour lesson to master this game. But it has not stopped these young ones most under 10 from trying their hand at the game.
“I like it because it's nice I can improve on my studies it's so much fun,” says a chess enthusiast.
With Vishy Anand as the numero uno of world chess the little masters are not shying away from following their grand dream.
