New Delhi: The epicentre of attraction has shifted from Ramlila Maidan to Pragati Maidan where the Delhi Book Fair is on and books on Anna Hazare are quite a hit. The hot-selling 150-page biography of the new age Gandhian is called 'Krantidoot'. Over 50,000 copies of the book have already been sold since the book fair started in the capital last week.

Just to cash in on the already growing demand, the publishers have been giving out the book to the winners of the lucky draw competition that is held there everyday.

Going by the fantastic response that the book has received, the publishers plan to bring out the book in other vernacular languages as well, besides the English and the Hindi versions that are currently out on the shelves.

Athulya Dev Issar, Managing Director for sales of Diamond Publications, said, "The bilingual (English and Hindi) book titled Krantidoot is likely to be translated in 12 languages soon to cater to all classes of readers. We are receiving a good response, which is motivating us to publish more copies."

Anna may be back home in Ralegaon Siddhi, miles away from the capital , but Anna's imprint remains, attracting millions, the old and the young.
