Ralegaon Siddhi: Team Anna members Arvind Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan and Kiran Bedi arrived in Ralegaon Siddhi on Sunday to meet Gandhian Anna Hazare and update him on the core committee meeting. Kiran Bedi said that they will tell Anna about what happened in Saturday's meeting.
The core committee on Saturday decided that there was no need to disband it.
Key Team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal in a press conference after Saturday's core committee meeting said there is no question of dissolving the team.
"This movement is to remove corruption, so there is no question of disbanding core committee," said Core Committee member Arvind Kejriwal.
This was the unanimous decision of the core committee. However, at the meeting, Kiran Bedi had to give an explanation regarding the controversy of inflated bills. Prashant Bhushan too had to clarify his Kashmir statement. Bhushan said it was his personal opinion while admitting that the timing was wrong.
Anna will eventually decide on the fate of the core committee and is expected take a final call on the matter on Sunday itself.
