Dhaka: India clinched their second gold medal in 11th South Asian Games' cycling competition when the men's team finished ahead of Pakistan in the road team time trial on Sunday.
In the race held from BKSP Khulna to Gopalganj, about 300 kms from here, the Indian team comprising of Rajendra Bishnoi, Amandeep Singh, Harpreet Singh and Babu Ganager clocked 1 hour 44 minutes 11.81 seconds to take the top honours.
Pakistani team clocked 1::45:59.11s for the silver medal, while host Bangladesh had to be content with the bronze with a timing of 1::46:44.11s.
India thus took their tally to two gold medals. Yesterday the women's cycling team clinched the gold in 30km time trial.
