Bypoll loss: Andhra Health Minister sends resignation to Sonia

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Congress is grappling with a rebellion following the party's rout in the bypolls.

In a clear sing of rebellion against Chief Minister Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, Andhra Health Minister DL Ravindra Reddy sent his resignation to Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

Seen as a rival to the Chief Minister, Ravindra Reddy reportedly cited the party's poor show in the bypolls as the reason behind his resignation.
