New Delhi: Former Delhi Chief Minister Madan Lal Khurana on Saturday said he would sue BJP leaders Sushma Swaraj and Harsh Vardhan if they did not apologise to him for allegedly calling him a "blackmailer".
"If they do not apologise in a week, I will file a defamation case against them," he said.
The expelled BJP leader, who has levelled a series of allegations against Swaraj and senior BJP leader L K Advani, which the BJP has dismissed as baseless said he had met Parliamentary Affairs Minister Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi and lawyer Ram Jethmalani.
