The clock is ticking. Get ready to listen to a song from 'Kadal', that too straight from A R Rahman, when your clock strikes 8 tonight.
The Oscar-Grammy winner will perform the song 'Nenjukulley...', which has been beautifully shot by his mentor Mani Ratnam, on MTV Unplugged.
"The song will be played for audiences worldwide for the first time ever on November 3. With the mellifluous melange of notes, watch Rahman play out the first song of the much-awaited Mani Ratnam magnum opus, 'Kadal'," said a press note.
'Kadal' has Gautham Karthik and Tulasi Nair in lead roles. Vairamuthu is said to have penned powerful lyrics, expressing various emotions.
