New Delhi: After an action-packed weekend when the CBI arrested the Duranis' manservant, Rajkumar, the bail application of another one of the accused in the Arushi-Hemraj murder case, Krishna, comes up in court on Monday.
Krishna is Dr Rajesh Talwar's - Arushi's father's - compounder.
He was produced in the CBI designated court in Ghaziabad on Friday after his six-day CBI remand ended, from where he was sent to 14 days of judicial custody.
The CBI says, Krishna has confessed to the crime, but the nature of his involvement remains unclear.
Meanwhile, Krishna and his lawyers have protested saying that he has been tortured into making confessions. The court will decide on his bail petition on Monday.
The CBI is continuing to question Rajkumar as he could provide leads on the murder weapon.
