Chennai: Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan is expected to call on his predecessor Vilasrao Deshmukh in a Chennai hospital on Friday.
Deshmukh was admitted to ICU on Monday night following an undisclosed illness.
His condition is stable but remains in the ICU and the doctors will be deciding if he needs a liver transplant.
