Ajith is coming back as 'David Billa' in the prequel to his Tamil flick, 'Billa'. The audio of this sleek action flick was released at Taj Deccan in Hyderabad. Dr. Ramanaidu, Atchi Reddy, Ramesh Prasad, Bellamkonda Suresh, RP Patnaik, Sharath (dialogue writer) and others participated in the event.
Ramanaidu said that the trailers looked amazing and wished that the prestigious film will become a hit. He wished Shoba Rani of SVR Media Pvt. Ltd., all the best.
Bellamkonda said that what Vijaya Nirmala is to direction Shoba Rani is to production. "She has presented many interesting films in the past. I was trying for the film's rights. When I came to know that she was trying to buy the rights, I stepped back."
RP Patnaik opined that making a prequel was rare in world cinema and wished that it will be a big success. Sharath, who signed as the dialogue writer a year back, said that the film's cinematography (shot on Epic camera), Ajith's performance and his risky stunts will make the film a big hit.
Shoba Rani described 'David Billa' as the biggest film from her banner after 'Dasavatharam'. "The film has done good business already. The film is about how a labourer grows on to become a don. Ajith's stunts are realistic. Rajsekhar's photography will be another highlight. Yuvan Shankar Raja's music is tremendous." she added.
