Mumbai: It is clearly not just another day at Amitabh Bachchan’s bunglow. With the Abhishek-Aishwarya wedding and also the wedding of the year just days ahead, there's plenty to do.
And if you think you can sneak in, don't try your luck. The security is doing its job.
“The guard asked me to step aside and stand a little further ahead,” says a fan of Amitabh fan.
The Big B himself is looking into the details himself as bus driver waits for the inspection of his bus by him.
“I have to show it to Amitabh Bachchan. The bus is going to be used for the wedding,” the bus driver says.
And why would a bus be required?
“I am showing the empty bus now but many guests will be picked up in the airport and dropped in this bus,” says the driver.
While one Bachchan residence Pratiksha, has everything in place including the pandal, at Jalsa, the workers are busy creating a shed for the wedding.
And all these preparations have only got some people's hopes high.
“We are here to watch the wedding preparations. There are two cars standing there. Who knows we might also get lucky!” says a band member.
And as one film song says, Begani shaadi mein abdula deewana (Abullah is excited in the marriage of the unknown), so is the case amongst watchers. The enthusiasm levels are simply reaching the rooftop.
