Director Madhura Sridhar is bringing up a story with the title 'Back Bench Student' which is being produced by M.V.K. Reddy under the banner of Shirdi Sai Combines with all new faces like Mahat Raghavendra, Piaa Bajpai and Archana Kavi in the lead roles.
The basic theme of the film is based on this statement of former President APJ Abdul Kalam. 'The Best Brains of the Nation may be found on the back benches of the Classroom'. It is the story of a youth of present generation, who is an engineering student.
He spoils his entire studies by dreaming about the beautiful girl in the college and within no time four years elapse and he remained with three love stories and six backlogs.

Our hero, who is a back bench student remains with sixteen backlogs and above that a break up with his girl friend. When all the friends get settled in life with good jobs and none to share the pain in heart! How the back bench student bounced back and deals with his problems on his own way and emerges a winner. The film has a interesting tagline 'His break up plus love story'.
Brahmanandam, Ali, Sharatbabu, Pragati, Benerji, Madhumati, Vennela Rama Rao, Rudraksh, Nikhita, Sriharsha, Manikanta and Sarau are in the other roles. Camera is by Prasad GK, editing is by Dharmendra Kakarala, music is by Sunil Kashyap, while story screenplay and direction are by Madhura Sridhar. The film is being presented by Multi-dimensions Entertainments Pvt Ltd.
