Parents of Delhi Police Inspector MC Sharma, who lost his life during the Batla House encounter, say their son's death is being dragged into a game of political one-upmanship
"Nothing has been fulfilled. When we were in Holy Family (hospital) both Shivraj Patil (the then home minister) and the Delhi Police Commissioner told us that they will fulfill whatever demands we have. But they have even downgraded our security by taking back our escort vehicle," say Sharma's parents when asked if all the promises made by the government after the Batla House encounter have been fulfilled.
