London: Soccer ace David Beckham is reportedly planning to buy late Dame Elizabeth Taylor's jewellery for wife Victoria, when it is auctioned in December.
Beckham is keen to splash on the late screen legend's 2.9 million pounds worth of diamonds, contactmusic.com reports.
"David's been so happy since Harper was born, he feels like him and Victoria are falling in love all over again. He wants to show it with the most impressive gifts possible," a source said.
Auction house Christie's are to sell off the "Cleopatra" star's jewellery collection in December, nine months after she died in March at the age of 79.
All proceeds from the sale will go to the actress' charity, The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.
