Click to play videoNew Delhi: Scotland Yard has reportedly found evidence that former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto was killed by al Qaeda operatives.
Benazir's personal friend and biographer, Christina Lamb has made the controversial claim in a report in Britain's The Sunday Times newspaper.
This supports the Musharraf regime's version of how Bhutto died.
So far, the brief of the Scotland Yard team has been to assist in analysing evidence, and not to establish who killed Benazir. Her family dismissed this theory as a 'whitewash'.
