Bhama, who is known for her girl-next-door avatars is all set to go in for an image makeover. She will play the role of a an out-and-out city girl in 'Neram', a bilingual in Tamil and Malayalam. The actress will be seen opposite Nivin Pauly in the film directed by Alphonse.
The highlight of her role will be that the character requires a no makeup look. Bhama, who has never done any such role before, is all excited about her metro girl outing. According to sources the actress is gearing up for her first experiment with natural looks.
Bhama, who debuted in Mollywood as the demure girl in Lohitadas' ‘Nivedyam’, went to play a string of similar characters during the early period of her career. She also did a couple of modern characters, especially for her Kannada films. But ‘Neram’ will be the first Malayalam film in which the actress will be seen in a completely different and stylish avatar.

‘Neram’, a romantic thriller, is being directed by Alphonse, who shot to fame with the hit music album ‘Yuvvh’. In the film Bhama will be seen romancing Nivin Pauly, whose ‘Thattathin Marayathu’ is garnering much accolades. She plays a bold and ultra-modern girl sporting the trendiest outfits. The actress, who was keeping a low profile for a while, also has a number of releases lined up in Malayalm and Tamil.
