New Delhi: A Noida court has ordered Uttar Pradesh police to register case against 15 Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) personnel and one commandant in alleged Bhatta-Parsaul rape case.
Earlier, the state government has filed a review petition against the court order seeking action against the police personnel.
