Click to play videoMumbai: Big B has given his blog a makeover with an all new Hindi dialect. But this time it’s not any controversial quote that has ruffled any feathers.
It is the new dialect in use which has drawn mixed reactions from his fellow bloggers and as mentioned by the actor himself, "There is some consternation among a few of you about the writings in Hindi. They want a translation and some even threaten to leave the post altogether".
Bachchan is not trying to make a point, it’s simply by popular choice that he has given his blog its Hindi look he further writes. "The desire is not to push Hindi down anyone's throat. It is but a compliance of a desire expressed by some readers."
And all those comments on his blog for or against him blogging in Hindi doesn’t seem to budge Big B at all and he makes his sentiments clear enough. "If I have an opportunity to express some of my sentiments in my mother tongue, I shall not hesitate to do so, whether there is someone to read it or not."
But for all the bloggers who do not understand the language, Big B is making sure his posts are in both the languages.
