New Delhi: Now, one knows a lot of us Indians still go around half-naked or with torn clothes, but is that reason why we should keep our National flag too in such poor state?
A flag, stitched up after getting torn, caused a flutter in the Bihar Legislative Assembly on Wednesday.
And legislators took the government to task in the Assembly.
However, the legislators too reacted only after mediapersons covering the Monsoon Session of the House spotted the patched up tricolour on the Assembly building.
It was only when mediapersons demanded an explanation that the legislators swung into action.
