'Billa 2' that's red hot in trade has been sold for reported Rs 1.50 crore in Kerala. It has been bought by Money Tree Entertainment Company and Sagara Entertainment and this is said to be the highest price for an Ajith starrer.
Remember the film's theatrical rights were sold for more than 40 crore rupees, making it Ajith's highest theatrical rights rate so far? This has added another feather in the cap for the makers.
It may be mentioned Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Suriya have a huge fan base in Kerala, but it now looks like Ajith has joined this league.
'Billa 2' is a prequel to blockbuster 'Billa' and is one of the biggest projects this year. The audio that released recently has opened to fair reviews.
