A case has been filed against Madhya Pradesh's state Culture and tourism minister Tukojirao Pawar for threatening Returning Officer Sanjana Jain at the colector's office on Saturday.
According to the minister Congress MP from Sonekutch, Sajjan Singh Verma's ticket should be cancelled.
The minister alleged that the MP had not filled a certain form A and B without which he is not legally eligible to contest polls.
The BJP Minister, Tukojirao told the media that the female officer is corrupt.
"The Returning Officer is hand-in-glove with the Congress candidate. She has taken a huge amount of money and this is a conspiracy. She's corrupt and has broken the law," insists Tukojirao.
