New Delhi: A motorcyclist was killed after a blueline bus mowed him down in the Govindpuri area of South Delhi on Wednesday morning.
The incident comes barely two days after a Blueline bus claimed two lives. The Blueline death toll has risen to seven in just a week.
At least 118 people have been killed in accidents involving Blueline buses in New Delhi this year.
Recognising an urgent need to address the Blueline menace, Delhi's new transport minister Arvinder Singh Lovely has promised phasing out of all Blueline buses from Delhi's roads.
