New Delhi: You usually listen to music, use the camera sometimes, message, SMS with your mobile phone. But did you know that you can actually use your blue-tooth enabled phone to act as a wireless webcam?

Check out a Nokia N-70. In looks, it has nothing exceptional as compared to other brands in the same category: You usually listen to music, use the camera sometimes, SMS and call with your mobile phone.

But did you know you can actually use your blue-tooth-enabled phone to act as a wireless web cam? That's right. The thing that today's cell phones substitute for almost every other electronic device be it a music player, a camera, a mailbox or even a wireless web camera!

An application is being developed by a company called motvik.com that allows you to do just that. All you need to do is visit the website www.motvik.com first and download the application and install it in you personal computer. It will trigger an installation on your mobile phone as well through the blue-tooth.

You can transfer the application through blue-tooth to the mobile phone and then install it on your mobile phone as well. It searches for devices around which are blue-tooth enabled.

And instantly you have a wireless webcam right at your disposal. It works on a Nokia N-70.

But what about, say a Samsung phone or a Motorola, the models supported by Wego? "The application supports models are Nokia 6600, N70 and 6680. These are the phones, which are called as series 60 version 2 Nokia phones. And, we'll roll out products for Microsoft and Palm as well," the founder of motvik.com, Thyagarajan, says.
