There is a rumour that Bollywood’s young heartthrob has finally proposed his longtime girlfriend Avantika Malik to marriage. All this reportedly happened on Avantika’s birthday.
Though the formal engagement ceremony will be held in January, Bollywood got a whiff of the news over the weekend at Arjun Rampal's lounge bar cum restaurant opening in the Capital where the enthusiastic host made the announcement public amongst all the Bollywood biggies who congratulated the couple.
Ash-Abhi to meet Oprah
After draping her with a saree in 2005, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be back on The Oprah Winfrey Show; and this time her husband Abhishek Bachchan will also accompany her.
Buzz is that the couple flew to the US last week to shoot for the episode.
While on her last appearance on Oprah, Ash managed to get her host to try on the saree, this time around the conversation will be about life after marraige and family values.
Akshay Kumar completes 12-year-old film
Akshay Kumar is a man on a mission, at least when it comes to completing all his professional assignments.
Amidst his busy schedule, Akshay made time to complete a film which was in the cans for 12 long years.
After completing his London schedule of Sajid Khan's Housefull, Akshay reportedly stayed back for another week to shoot for Shabnam Kapoor's long-pending film Purab Ki Laila Paschim Ka Chaila which will now be called Helloo India. The film also stars Namrata Shirodkar and Suniel Shetty.
