Bollywood actress Mugdha Godse's car met with an accident on Tuesday afternoon. The up and coming star was travelling to Pune when her car skidded off the Expressway.

Mugdha's car, a black Skoda, was severely damaged. When we spoke to her, Mugdha was admitted to a hospital in Pune.

"I was to fly to Goa for to shoot for Jail and wanted to visit my parents before that," she said adding that she and the driver were fine.

"The doctor has advised me complete bed-rest for the next few days," Mugdha said over the phone. Mugdha's next film Jail stars Neil Nitin Mukesh and is being directed by Madhur Bhandarkar.
