New Delhi: A bomb going off caused panic at the Mughalsarai railway station, about 10 Km from Varanasi.
Police officials suspect that the blast took place due to some miscreants setting off firecrackers.
There are no casualties reported, but the area has been cleared.
Uttar Pradesh is on high alert in the wake of the near-simultaneous serial blasts in Varanasi, Faizabad and Lucknow and Thursday, which killed 13 and injured over 59 others.
