London: A man in Britain has been sentenced to nine years in prison after being found guilty of raping a seven-year-old girl and taking photographs of his act.
Policemen quizzed James Felton, 34, of Lancashire, after they were approached by school teachers worried about the child's behaviour, The Sun reported.
He is said to have acted in "a moment of madness".
Felton denied any wrongdoing but the officers recovered two images of the rape on his mobile. There were also porn pictures and a video clip of an animated character with a child's face having sex with two people.
Janet Ironfield, defending, told Preston Crown Court that the rape was "opportunistic and impulsive".
Felton claimed he was not sexually interested in children but admitted rape, possessing extreme pornography and an indecent image of a child.
