Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh's ruling Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) was on a roll on Tuesday bagging six of the eight assembly by-elections for which results were declared. Counting was still under way in the other three.
Of the other seats for which results were declared, one went to the Congress and the other to an Independent.
