Bangalore: The Karnataka government may file a review plea with the Supreme Court on Saturday over its order directing it to release 9,000 cusecs of water from the Cauvery daily to Tamil Nadu that is currently facing shortage of irrigation water.
Karnataka Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar is expected to discuss the matter on Saturday at an all-party meet called by him.
Farmers across the state have protested against the Supreme Court order, saying it will affect their crops.
