Rae Bareli: A special CBI court here today heard the arguments of both the sides in the Babri mosque demolition case.
Senior IPS officer Anju Gupta, a key CBI witness in the case, appeared in person before the court.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vishnu Prasad Agarwal fixed December 8 as the next date of hearing after listening to the arguments of both sides.
Gupta, one of the key CBI witnesses in the case, was deployed as security officer with BJP leader L K Advani on December 6, 1992.
