New Delhi: The CBI on Tuesday detained a man and his sister for questioning in connection with the murder of teenaged girl Aarushi following the recovery of the deceased's mobile phone from his possession by the Delhi Police in Bulandshahr.
Official sources said Rambhool and his sister Kusum were detained but it was not immediately known whether they have been arrested.
When contacted, CBI spokesperson Harsh Bahal refused to say anything on the issue.
The cell phone of Aarushi was found on Saturday, more than 16 months after the sensational murder of the girl at her Noida residence where her domestic help Hemraj was also found slaughtered.
