CBSE results: Only Chennai declared, what about the rest?

New Delhi: With only the Chennai zone results declared, students under the five other regional centres are becoming restless as results are still not out. The Delhi and Allahabad zone results are widely expected to be released on Wednesday. Social media platforms are rife with discussions and expectations of not just the candidates but also their parents.

The Allahabad zone covers the entire UP, Bihar, Orissa, West Bengal and Uttarakhand where as the Delhi zone looks after the National Capital Territory of Delhi and the schools on foreign soil.

There are four more zones. The Guwahati zone comprise all CBSE schools in Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram. The Ajmer Zone controls the CBSE schools in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The Panchkula Zone is responsible for the schools in Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, J&K and Himachal Pradesh.

With only the Chennai zone results declared, students under the five other regional centres are becoming restless.

The Chennai zone which has already declared the results looks after affairs in the schools in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Daman and Diu.
