Noida: Noida police on Monday filed chargesheets against 71 people for the murder of Graziano Trasmissioni's India CEO LK Chowdhary.
All 71 accused have been charged with murder, rioting armed with deadly weapons, voluntarily causing hurt and criminal intimidation. The accused are currently in the judicial custody of Noida police.
Chowdhary was lynched to death by a mob of workers at his factory on September 21.
The workers were protesting termination of temporary contract workers employed at the Italian auto-parts manufacturer's plant in Greater Noida.
The company has already said that it will continue its operations in India.
