New Delhi: A recent CNN-IBN and CSDS survey has revealed that livelihood issues will figure high on the voters' agenda in this General Elections. While 5 per cent had reservation as a key issue, a mere one per cent thought Hindutva was key. Has the mind of the Indian electorate changed over the years? Do caste and community matter less in Indian elections than they used to?
