Killer had sex with dead victims

Gandhinagar: Surendra Koli, who is accused of sexually abusing and murdering children in Noida’s Nithari village, has admitted during a narco-analysis test that he had sex with his victims “before and after” their deaths.

Surendra and his employer, Moninder Singh Pandher - the co-accused in the case, underwent tests at the Directorate of Forensic Sciences (DFS) on Tuesday to investigate their roles in the murders.

Surendra told investigators that he raped children because he was “sexually frustrated”. He said that no one else knew of these crimes.

Asked if he had eaten human meat, Surendra said: “No, I didn't like it so I didn't eat it.

He, however, admitted to killing Payal, who the police claim was blackmailing Pandher.

Here are some questions investigators asked Surendra:

Question: Why were you killing children?

Surendra: Sexual frustration

Question: Did you kill the children before having sex with them or afterwards?

Surendra: Some I killed before having sex with them and some afterwards.

Question: Did Pandher know that you were killing the children?

Surendra:: No.

Question: Have you had human meat?

Surendra:: No, I didn't like it so I didn't eat it.

Question: Why did you kill?

Surendra:: Because I was scared that if the children go out, my secret will come out in the open.

Question: Who all knew of this?

Surendra: No one else knew.

Question: Why did you kill Payal?

Surendra:: She was troubling Sahab (Pandher). He said “intezam karo” (fix her) so I killed her.

Surendra: I used to cut them up and dispose off them separately - never at one go and at one place.

Question: Was this part of an organ trade racket?

Surendra: I don’t know anything about this.

Surendra said he was not sure if Maya, another domestic help at the house, knew about the killings. He said he thought that she was suspicious of things.

Police found more bones on Tuesday in another drain near Pandher’s house and some more children's slippers and stained clothes.

Meanwhile, four days after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav said he was asking the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to take over the probe, the transfer remained mired in red.

In the last two years, 38 children have gone missing from Nithari.
