New Delhi: The Big Chill music festival is coming to India and how. It is not one of those festivals where you get off work, go watch a musician play and go home. This unique gala musical event demands that you take time out for the music you love.
For the uninitiated, The Big Chill is an annual music and multimedia festival from the UK which has a cult following.
What is unique is that it combines music, art, dance, film, technology, relaxation and lots more. And it encourages people to take time out for the experience.
The founder of Big Chill and musician Pete Lawrence says the experience in India will be no different from the rest of the world.
Some of the things to look out for in Aswem Beach, Goa, apart from music is the environment friendly space, an Art Trail which brings down international artists, healing therapies and a drug free environment.
At the show is not all about international artists. The Indian artists in the show include Jalebee Cartel, Shair and Func, Nikhil Chinappa and DJ Pearl.
The list of international artists includes names like Norman Jay, Sheila Chandra, Chilled By Nature and many more.
If your curiosity has been piqued enough the April 14 and 15 are the days to be in Goa.
