Mumbai: Five CNN-IBN shows have won honours at the Indian Telly Awards held in Mumbai on Tuesday evening.

While CNN-IBN’s special show State of the Nation won the best news talk show, Missing in Action was adjudged the Best television documentary.

Our Special Investigation Teams Red Corridor, a story on the Naxals, was declared the was the best non-fiction programme on Indian television and Love of cricket won the best sports show award.

CNN-IBN's pathbreaking concept of Citizen Journalist won the Big Idea of the Year Award.

CNBC-TV18 was named the Best News Channel at the awards ceremony.
