Jhansi: The poll frenzy in UP has made some leaders oblivious of the traffic rules. Two senior Congress leaders - Union Minister Pradeep Jain Aditya and Congress MP Raj Babbar - were seen in Jhansi, driving a scooter, without their helmets.
The leaders were on a trip across the city on Monday to monitor the preparations for Rahul Gandhi's rally.
The question, however, that many of the onlookers were asking was: will the cops ever book these high profile offenders?
