New Delhi: The Navi Mumbai police arrested 50 bar girls after a raid on three bars in the Turbhe, Vashi and Kopri.
Among the 50 picked up by the police, 25 are reportedly minors. The raid that took place after an NGO lodged a complaint, continued on all through Sunday night.
The girls who have been arrested will be taken for a medical check up on Monday and later they will be produced before the magistrate in Belapur court.
This is one of the biggest raids on beer bars in the last few months.
