Police in Kolhapur have filed an FIR against her for alleged obscenity.
The actor was performing at a function on Thursday night. The event was organised by Mantra Events.
The manager of Mantra Events, Gaurav Thakkar, was arrested and later released on bail.
When Rakhi was asked if she herself thought her costumes were revealing, she said, "I don't think so because I am wearing a short skirt, a jacket and a short top inside and boots. I don't think it is a vulgar costume because I am not the first girl who's wearing these kind of costumes, you know. This costume is in fashion right now."
