Click to play videoNew Delhi: The Los Angeles Family Court on Friday gave the "sole legal and physical" custody of pop star Britney Spears' two children to ex-husband Kevin Federline and suspended Spears' visitation rights until "further order."
Britney lost custody of her two baby boys to Federline, hours after she was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital for observation as a "special needs" patient.
On Thursday night, police were called to her Los Angeles residence after she allegedly refused to hand over the two boys, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James and locked herself in a room.
A court had earlier given Federline temporary custody of the children, while Spears had limited visitation rights. Another hearing has been set for January 14.
