New Zealand skipper Ross Taylor hit a hard-hitting, 99-ball hundred in the post-lunch session on Day 1 of the second Test, which set India back.
India won the first Test at Hyderabad, which makes this match a must-win game for New Zealand if they want to draw the two-match series.

After Ojha sent back Taylor (113), van Wyk and Bracewell have put up a stiff resistance while taking the visitors past 300 on Day 1.
