Both the teams are not expected to make many changes to the side that played in the first ODI.

    Commentary (West Indies 1st Innings)

We are back for the mammoth run chase. Kyle Mills to bowl. Charles and Simmons at the crease.

That's it from us then. In what seemed like a wash-out, turned out to be a record-breaking match. Join us again for the 4th ODI on 4th January at Nelson. Until then, good bye and happy new year once again!

Man of the Match - COREY ANDERSON for the fastest ODI hundred.

A thrashing victory for the Kiwis! You can't ask for a better start that this. Literally hammered away with the bat and then gave no chance at all to West Indies to chase down the total. Corey Anderson and Jesse Ryder were stars with the bat whereas the bowlers bowled well as a unit. West Indies were left chasing far too many and couldn't do much.
