Khulna: Bangladesh have called up uncapped opening batsman Anamul Haque as back-up for injury doubt Tamim Iqbal for the second Test against West Indies, team officials said on Tuesday. Tamim is nursing an elbow problem and will undergo a fitness Test to determine his availability for the match beginning Wednesday.
"Tamim sustained a muscle tendon injury during the first Test on his left elbow. He will do a fitness test later today or early tomorrow morning," team physio Vibhav Singh told reporters.
Khulna Division batsman Anamul, top scorer at the ICC Under-19 World Cup in August, scored two centuries in his last three first-class matches and the 19-year-old has already joined up with the squad.

The uncapped opener will be the back-up for the injured Tamim Iqbal for the second Test against West Indies.
