Mumbai: The Working Committee of the BCCI will meet in Chennai on August 22 to finalise the annual report and accounts ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held next month.
"It will be a regular meeting before the AGM where the accounts and annual report will be finalised," said BCCI's Chief Administrative Officer, Ratnakar Shetty.
It will be the third successive Working Committee meeting condoling the death of a current or former BCCI administrator. On two previous occasions, the meetings had followed the death of former BCCI presidents NKP Salve and PM Rungta.

It is said to be a regular meeting before the AGM where the accounts and annual report will be finalised.
This time the meeting follows the demise of Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) president and BCCI's media committee head Vilasrao Deshmukh who died on Tuesday in a Chennai hospital where he was undergoing treatment for a serious liver ailment.
