Bangalore: Delhi batsman Unmukt Chand will lead the India Under-19 team in the upcoming Australian tour during which it will play in a quadrangular one-day tournament starting April 5.
Akshdeep Nath of UP has been named Chand's deputy in the 16-member squad.
Besides India and host Australia, the tournament will feature England and New Zealand.
The tournament will kick-off with Australia taking on England on the opening day, with India slated to play New Zealand the following day.
The tournament concludes with the two finals - on April 15, while the semi-finals are scheduled to be held on April 13.
The squad was picked by the All India Junior Selection Committee in its meeting on March 22 here.
