Mirpur: Chittagong Kings notched up their fifth victory in eight outings in the inaugural Bangladesh Premier League, beating the Dhaka Gladiators by 13 runs at Mirpur's Shere Bangla National Stadium on Friday.
The win takes them to 10 points and in second place behind Khulna Royal Bengals.
Darren Bravo struck an unbeaten 48 and Jahurul Islam scored 40 as Chittagong finished with 120/6 in their 20 overs.
The Gladiators managed just 107/9 off their 20 overs, as Kevon Cooper took 3/13 for Chittagong Kings.
The loss puts them in fourth place with eight points.
Duronto Rajshahi, third on the points table take on last placed Sylhet Royals in the second match of the day.
