Timings of the day-night one-day internationals of the three-match series on India's tour of South Africa have been preponed by an hour, Cricket South Africa (CSA) announced on Tuesday.

The two ODIs, which will be played in Johannesburg on December 5 and Centurion on December 11, will now begin at 1330 CAT instead of 1430 CAT. The third match is a day game to be played at the Sahara Stadium in Kingsmead on December 8.

"We are aware that most schools will have gone on holiday by this time and many parents might also be on leave when the series starts. Momentum drives family values and we hope that the earlier start and finishing times will make it more attractive for families to attend", an official Cricket South Africa (CSA) media release said.
