New Delhi: The Kolkata Knight Riders swapped Australia all-rounder Moises Henriques for Delhi Daredevils' Owais Shah through the IPL transfer window for the third season of the cash rich league, according to a report.
Delhi had signed the England batsman at the inaugural auction in 2008 for $250,000 while Kolkata had signed Henriques for $300,000 before he made his international debut last February in a Twenty20 against New Zealand.
Henriques was also part of the New South Wales team that won the first edition of the Champions League.
The Daredevils also transferred Manoj Tiwary to The Knight Riders. Tiwary was bought for $625,000 in the first auction but now returns to his home state Bengal.
However, an official confirmation from the IPL is awaited.
