New Delhi: Vijay Mallya, owner of Royal Challengers Bangalore seems to have joined in the crusade about the alleged rigging of the IPL4 auction by sending a letter of complaint to the BCCI.
Earlier, the Mumbai Indians, suspended Indian Premier League (IPL) chairman Lalit Modi had also questioned the last-minute changes made to the January 8-9 players' auction in Bangalore.
"The changing of players auction order as pointed by some franchisees is an issue which I highlighted when I saw the rules changed last minute. The order changing - should not have been allowed - as it gives an advantage to teams that knew of it before," Modi wrote on social networking site Twitter.
Vijay Mallya has sent a letter of complaint to the BCCI slamming the IPL4 auction.
The Mumbai Indians had not held back either as they shot off a letter to the Governing Council, accusing it off changing the auction norms at the very last moment, without any justification.
